Welcome to The Tacoma Young Violin Program

A Beginning and Intermediate Violin Class for Ages 6 - 10

In partnership with the Tacoma Youth Symphony, we present TYVP (Tacoma Young Violin Program)! This class is specifically for young ones, ages 6 through 10, who wish to explore and discover the violin.

Students will learn beginning violin skills, note reading, rhythmic foundations, ensemble skills, all while socializing and making new friends!

TYVP runs September through May and classes are dependent upon sufficient enrollment. Students will need to rent or purchase a violin and more specific information (including a discount) will be provided upon enrollment.

Class time options: Level 1 (1st year) 4:15- 5:15 or Level 2 (2nd year) 5:30- 6:30 on Tuesdays.

Monthly tuition is $99.

A registration fee of $25 holds your space in class.
