Unenrollment Form

As part of the enrollment agreement, please remember that your unenrollment form needs to be submitted by the 15th of your child’s final month of class. If we receive notice after the 15th, your child’s unenrollment will take effect the following month.

Once you submit your request, please allow our team 24–48 hours to confirm your unenrollment and share your child’s final class date.
