Makeup Classes

Makeup Class Guidelines:

We understand that life happens! If your child misses a class, makeup sessions are available to currently enrolled families on a first come, first served basis. While space isn’t guaranteed, you can easily schedule your makeup using the link below.

To keep things fresh and fun, we ask that makeup classes be used within 4 weeks of the missed class.

Please note, tuition covers your child’s spot in class, so we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions.

To qualify for a makeup class, please be sure to let us know at least one hour before class starts if your child will be absent.

Makeup credits are just for the currently enrolled child and can’t be transferred or used after withdrawal.

We kindly ask that makeup classes be limited to one per month, unless you’ve spoken with the Director about special circumstances.

How to Report an Absence:

  1. Log into your Parent Portal [HERE]

  2. Click the Attendance button

  3. Select Report Absence

  4. Choose the student(s) who will be absent

  5. Pick the dates your child will miss

  6. Share your reason for the absence

  7. Click Submit Absences
