Makeup Class Policies

  • Makeup classes are offered on a first come, first serve basis to currently enrolled families. Space is not guaranteed and must be scheduled using the link below.

  • Makeup classes should be used within 4 weeks of an absence.

  • There are no refunds or tuition credits for missed classes. Tuition paid holds and saves your space in class.

  • In order to receive a makeup class, you MUST provide notice of an absence at least one hour before class begins.

  • Makeups are non transferrable and cannot be used after unenrolling from a class. Only a currently registered child may use their makeup credits.

  • Makeups are limited to once per month unless prearranged and discussed with the Director (special circumstances).

How to Report an Absence

  1. Log into your Parent Portal HERE

  2. Click the Attendance button

  3. Click Report Absence

  4. Select the Student/s that will be Absent

  5. Click Next

  6. Select the dates the students will be away

  7. Type in your reason for absence

  8. Click Submit Absences
